We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item you have purchased. Below, you will find details regarding our Returns Policy.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Bespoke items such as verandas that are made to order are non-returnable unless a fault is present in which case your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
