At Arbour Living, our garden design journey commences with a one-on-one consultation and comprehensive site survey conducted by our expert in-house garden designer. This initial meeting is the perfect time for you to ask any questions or express your ideas, ensuring you’re involved every step of the way. Not only will our designer provide tailored advice and outline what can be accomplished within your budget, but they’ll also use state-of-the-art motion-based technology to precisely measure and map out your garden. This is complemented by photographic documentation, both from ground level and an aerial perspective using drones. And, if necessary, additional evaluations like soil pH tests are performed to guarantee that the proposed design harmonizes seamlessly with your garden’s unique conditions.
At this point, you can sit back and let our talented garden designers take the reins! Drawing from the insights and aspirations shared during your consultation, they’ll immerse themselves in crafting an initial concept design that encapsulates your vision. But our journey doesn’t end with a draft. Once this concept design is fleshed out, our designers will reach out to schedule a pivotal follow-up consultation. This interactive session allows you both to delve deep into the proposed design, refining and reshaping it until it aligns seamlessly with your dreams. Regular touchpoints punctuate our process, ensuring your voice is at the heart of every decision. This collaborative spirit of our second meeting is foundational to our service’s success. It paves the way for those critical adjustments, ensuring the culmination of our efforts aligns with your budget and is the living embodiment of your dream garden.
When you are happy with the refined design, you will receive a detailed masterplan, lifelike three-dimensional rendered visuals, construction details and material quantity lists. This comprehensive package equips you with everything you need to get your project underway. Should you desire, Arbour Living is able to assist with project facilitation and management through to completion. However, rest assured, there’s absolutely no obligation on your part.
